WP 1’s main objective is to build the “Learn” module of DBTL cycles and to generate data pipelines tools to support the wet lab work using Machine Learning

WP 4 aims to demonstrate performance of microbial cell factories expressing CYPs in production environment laying the foundation for a sustainable and robust bio-based production process for flavonoids and terpenoids.

WP 3’s main objective is providing the ideal metabolic context to maximise the expression & functionality of the large array of CYPs from WP 2, yielding a set of optimal microbial cell factories for flavonoid/terpenoid production

WP 2 main’s objective is to overcome the challenge to efficiently identify, select and functionally express CYPs in microbial hosts

WP 5’s main objective is governance of data intelligence during the project and beyond by using, reinforcing and extending ELIXIR resources for (meta)data management.
